Terms & Conditions

- The item must come from a UK based factory not overseas.

- The item must be constructed identically using the same wood and the same dimensions.
We will not price match on cheaper copies.

- The item must be listed with a genuine retailer and not from a trade auction or included in liquidated stock.

- We will not price match ex-display or customer returns. The items must be in the same condition as our items i.e. New.

- Delivery costs and availability must be same as stated in our delivery terms.

- We will require sufficient detail about the other items so that we can check it is exactly the same.
